Darryl Stingley, former Patriots player paralyzed by a hit from Jack Tatum, passed away after a battle with health problems over the past few years that saw him lose both legs. Stingley turned from being bitter about his situation to using it in a positive way by working with inner city youth and other paralyzed NFL players. He was found unconscious in his Chicago home. There is no word as of yet whether Jack Tatum was in Chicago at the time or was involved in Stingley's death. Although the last time the two met also resulted in Stingley going unconscious and Jack Tatum is not one to not finish things that he has started.
